At MobileworkIN, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and the service professionals we work with.
You can cancel a service booking through:
Our mobile app or website, or
By contacting our support team at 📧 support@mobilework.in
Please include your Booking ID or Order Reference Number when contacting support.
You may cancel a booking at no cost if:
The cancellation is made at least 1 hour before the scheduled service time.
No service professional has been dispatched yet.
If a service professional has already been dispatched or is en route:
A nominal cancellation fee may apply to cover travel or time costs.
The exact fee will be communicated during the cancellation process.
Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the scheduled service time may result in:
A higher cancellation charge (based on service type and location).
The cancellation fee will be clearly stated at the time of cancellation.
For mobile accessories or products:
Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch or shipping.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed, and standard return/refund policies will apply.
If the assigned service provider:
Fails to show up within a reasonable time window, or
Cancels the booking unexpectedly,
You are entitled to:
Free rescheduling, or
Full refund (if prepaid)

We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees in cases of:
Emergency or medical reasons (subject to review)
Service provider delays or errors
Technical issues with the app or platform
