Payments can be made online or in cash (as available).
Prices are displayed before you confirm a service. Any changes will be communicated upfront.
All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel a service before it begins.
If a cancellation occurs after a professional is dispatched, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
As a user, you agree to:
Provide accurate address and contact information.
Cooperate with service professionals during visits.
Not misuse or damage any tools or equipment provided.
Not use the platform for unlawful activities.
We may access your location data to:

Ensure timely service delivery

Location access is used only when the app is active and with your permission.
All content on MobileworkIN—logos, branding, text, and software—is the property of MobileworkIN and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.
MobileworkIN is not liable for:
Damages caused by third-party service providers.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if:
You violate these Terms.
You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
Your actions disrupt service delivery or harm other users.
